Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pure Traditions Instant Farina
  • 1/3 cup warmed coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced and lightly sauteed in coconut oil
  • shredded coconut, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine Farina and coconut milk in a bowl with the maple and cinnamon.
  2. Let sit 2 to 3 minutes to thicken.
  3. Top with sauteed banana slices and shredded coconut. Serve warm.
