Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pure Traditions Instant Farina
- 1/3 cup warmed coconut milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 banana, sliced and lightly sauteed in coconut oil
- shredded coconut, for serving
Instructions
- Combine Farina and coconut milk in a bowl with the maple and cinnamon.
- Let sit 2 to 3 minutes to thicken.
- Top with sauteed banana slices and shredded coconut. Serve warm.
