Garlic Fried Chicken Livers
dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add chicken
livers and toss to coat evenly.
1 tablespoon coconut oil
in large deep frying pan
over medium-high heat. Add half of the chicken
livers to the pan
, ensuring they do not touch, and let fry for 3 minutes. Flip and let cook 3 more minutes. Place on paper-towel lined plate. Repeat with the second half of chicken
livers, adding more coconut oil
Serve with sliced lemons and a sprinkle of parsley.
