Almond Milk Frozen Yogurt with Grain-Free Granola

Prep Time 10 min Inactive Time according to manufacturer's directions on ice cream maker Serves 2 servings


1 cup Kite Hill Almond Milk Plain Yogurt

1/2 cup coconut cream, scooped from top of can of refrigerated coconut milk

1/3 cup cooled and mashed white sweet potato

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon Wild Foods Co. Wild Vanilla Bean Powder

for topping: Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Granola 


    1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in your blender. 
    2. Pour into your ice cream maker & churn according to manufacturer's directions. Remove before it gets too hard to scoop.
    3. Top with Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Granola & serve immediately!
